Winter Park Tech, one of four Orange Technical Education Centers operated by Orange Public County Schools, is approved by the State Department of Education.

The center is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Council on Occupational Education (COE), the Commission on Secondary and Middle Schools of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), and by the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).
